Turkey Bacon Cranberry Roll-Ups

Whether you call it a roll-up or a pinwheel, these little bite-sized appetizers are one of my favorites. I’ve made several roll-ups on the blog and I’m excited to add these Turkey Bacon Cranberry Roll-Ups to the list.

I love to make roll-ups for appetizers because they are so easy and the flavor combinations are almost endless.

I’ve been wanting to try out this combination for quite some time and I’m so glad I did. Salty turkey, crispy bacon, and sweet-tart cranberries are a match made in heaven. Roll them up in a wrap with cream cheese and green onions and you’ve got a winner!

How to Make Turkey Bacon Cranberry Roll-Ups

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, dried cranberries, and onions. Mix until smooth and evenly combined. I’ve included a printable recipe card below for a full rundown of the recipe ingredients and instructions.

Divide this mixture evenly onto your tortillas. Spread to about 1/2-inch from the edge. Then, add one layer of turkey.

For the tortillas, you can use three 7 to 8 in. tortillas or two 9 to 10 in. tortillas.

Roll up each tortilla.

Place the rolled tortillas on a plate and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours) before slicing.

Slice and serve with toothpicks.

  • 4 slices cooked thick-cut bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 2-3 green onions sliced
  • 3 whole-wheat tortillas*
  • 4 ounces sliced deli-style turkey

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, dried cranberries, and onions. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
