What charger is needed for Samsung Fold 4? ›

You can charge both the Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 extra fast with a 25W Samsung Super Fast Charge charger. Use the included USB-C cable for this, as your old USB-A cable doesn't fit. You can charge your empty battery 50% in about 25 minutes. That's useful if you have to leave soon and still want to charge your smartphone.

Protective Film can be replaced by visiting a Samsung Branded store, any of the 700 plus UBreakIFix/Asurion stores or Best Buy Samsung Authorized repair stores. The device must have the defective Protective Film in place. Don't attempt to remove the film as doing so may damage the screen.

My phone works fine without it. My colleagues at work also peeled away. This can happen with screen protectors unfortunately. So the phone can be used without one or Samsung can determine if this can be replaced or a person can buy one.

The 45 watt charger is really only beneficial if you drop down real low in charge on the phone, after that 50% charge it slows down. You can use the 45 watt charger on the fold 4, it won't charge that rate. The phone will only charge at 25 watts.
